Colette Grgic

Colette leads the Startup Ecosystem team for Amazon Web Services, working with founders and organisations across Australia and New Zealand to grow a vibrant, innovative and successful startup ecosystem. Colette is passionate about inclusion and sustainability, and works across APAC to help founders prove what’s possible when they tackle big challenges.

With experience in founding her own startups, launching over 150 startups in a venture studio, and supporting a number of organisations in the ecosystem in board and advisory roles she takes great joy in working at an Amazon-scale to build startups and the ecosystem for the decade ahead.
