Georgina Toomey

Georgina is the General Manager for LegalVision New Zealand and Practice Group Leader of the New Zealand corporate team. Georgina joined LegalVision in January 2021 to help its launch into New Zealand, having previously worked in the specialist corporate teams at a number of top-tier NZ law firms.

Georgina has particular expertise in capital raising transactions (advising early and later stage high-growth startups, and a variety of investors including venture capital funds), as well as mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and shareholding arrangements. She acts for startups, SMEs and corporate clients.
