Julia Arnott-Neenee (Sāmoan, Chinese & British) is a Global Strategist with her career spanning across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, UK & USA in the Technology sector. Julia is dedicated to looking at how Technology can impact the most people for the better, advocating progress that reaches the whole of society.

On returning home from California in 2020 leaving the role of Global Social Strategy lead at HP in San Diego, she co-founded a youth-led Pacific social enterprise, Fibre Fale as part of her mission serve Pacific communities through bridging the digital divide, achieving digital equity and increasing representation of Pacific peoples in the Technology industry.

Julia also is a member of Digital Council for Aotearoa, a member of World Economic Forum Global Futures Council on Artificial Intelligence and Inclusion, a Trustee of Hi-Tech Trust, Board Member at Middlemore Foundation, NEXT Foundation Fellow, and an alumni of Leadership New Zealand's Mana Moana programme.
