I love experiencing new things; whether it be the wildebeest migration, swimming with whale sharks, micro-gliding over Victoria Falls, or raising lion cubs. I also love trying productivity hacks. My current one is taking stairs two at a time.

I spent the last decade in the US, where I first led consulting teams in NYC, before going to Google, where I was the Head of HR for a leader with 10,000 employees in 50 countries. After that I went to a Silicon Valley unicorn, where I led the 100-strong people function, before coming home to Australia.
I believe in being adventurous enough to fail at something new. Frequently.
