Hey there! I grew up in Orange, a picturesque town known for it’s grapes (go figure), before moving to Sydney to study Accounting and Finance. I have always had an interest in entrepreneurship, starting my own design agency in 2018 and participating in the Startmate Student Fellowship before joining Blackbird. I have a very niche interest in helicopters, love all dogs and enjoy a leisurely run every so often.
What do you do at blackbird?
I am a Fund Accountant within the finance team. My role is to prepare the funds NAV statements, financial statements and help investors with any questions or requests they may have. I also enjoy streamlining and automating processes where possible within our operations team.
What emerging technologies, problems or solutions are you most excited about?
No-code development. Where ordinary people can create software and solve problems without writing a line of code.
