Katrina (Kat) Hau has 10+ years of experience in the people and culture space, and is dedicated to developing talent on a global scale. Born and raised in the UK, she spent much of her career there designing and launching national leadership development programmes for the UK social sector before moving to Aotearoa with family.
As Director of People Development at Auror, Kat's mission is to build the best place for people to do great work. Forever learning about how to help others (and herself!) do better when it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, Kat believes in using equitable design principles to produce better outcomes for everyone. She is an experienced facilitator and coach, and also a proud parent of a wonderful 4 year old human.
