Bevan Stephenson leads Global Alliances in Asia Pacific for Deel, the fastest-growing global compliance and payroll platform that helps businesses hire anyone, anywhere. With an extensive background in establishing global partnership programs, Bevan is an advocate for remote work and international mobility, having been involved with HR teams and technology throughout his career.
In his role at Deel, Bevan advises companies on Work From Anywhere (WFA) frameworks which are supported by (EOR) Employer of Record, Global Payroll, Tax and Compliance measures. He is responsible for setting up and leading Deel’s talent partnerships programs across the APAC region.Bevan’s previous roles include Head of Global Partnerships at SalesTribe, where he assisted sales and marketing professionals develop modern skills to transition them into new career opportunities.
He is also part of the Invest Victoria Advisory Network, helping international companies and investors find success in Victoria.Bevan grew up in New Zealand and throughout his teenage years was a semi professional golfer competing in various World Junior Under 18 Championships. He attributes his business success and resilience to his early discipline and passion for mastering the game of golf.
