Jay (they/them) currently heads up Growth at Blackbird-backed fintech company, Instant. Prior to this, they were part of the medical team at Healthmatch and completing their studies in Medical Science & Computer Science at the University of Sydney.
As President of the University of Sydney Women in Science Society and a Startmate Student Fellow, Jay has always been driven by the unique intersection of technology and social impact, especially of its ethical dilemmas and implications for their generation.
Jay is passionate about fuelling the radical: from radical passion, careers, technology, through to people—they believe that innovation can only come from sustainably fuelling the radical, in any way, shape, or form.
