Lauren a community strategist and disruptive innovation specialist with expertise in web3, fintech, the sharing economy, startups and early-stage investing. Prior to joining AWS as ANZ Startup Ecosystem Manager, she oversaw founder scouting as Principal at Startmate, the country's most successful startup accelerator, and was previously Partner of Platform at Reinventure Fund, an Australian venture capital firm focused on investing in disruptive financial services startups.
Between 2010-2015, she worked with author and thought-leader Rachel Botsman on the launch of her first book, What's Mine Is Yours: The Rise of Collaborative Consumption, playing an instrumental role in growing collaborative consumption into a global economy and movement.
