Lauren Peate is the CEO and founder of Multitudes, an ethical team analytics tool that delivers engineering effectiveness metrics without the creepiness. It uses GitHub (and soon, Linear & Jira) integrations to uncover everything from key DevOps metrics, to who’s missing out on feedback, and who needs a check-in about burnout in their next 1:1.
Before founding Multitudes, Lauren founded a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy called Ally Skills NZ, worked in San Francisco with Fortune 500 tech companies, and worked with startups across the Middle East. Lauren studied economics and Arabic at Stanford University.
