Lauren Peate is the CEO and founder of Multitudes, an AI coach to improve team performance, wellbeing, and collaboration. Before founding Multitudes, she founded a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy called Ally Skills NZ that focused on tech companies. Previous experience includes working with Fortune 500 tech companies while at Bain & Co in San Francisco, working with an eCommerce startup in Jordan, advising startups across the Middle East, and conducting research as a Fulbright Scholar in Morocco. Lauren graduated from Stanford University with degrees in economics, Arabic, and Human Biology.
