Mason launched the Wild Hearts podcast in 2020, which now has thousands of listeners tuning into founders every episode.
Mason joined Blackbird as its 8th hire as a Portfolio Analyst. Later, he supported investment decisions for over $600M of invested capital as an Investment Analyst before his promotion to Investment Associate in 2021.
Mason was also a Mentor at Startmate, and then promoted to Partner for the 2020 cohorts.
Before Blackbird, Mason held data and product analytics roles for StockSpot and Zip Co, and his start-up journey began attempting to build a fintech company.
