Mike is a Director and CFO partner at Oxygen Advisors. He works with many of New Zealand's most promising high growth companies, and specializes in M&A, Fund Raising and SaaS. Over the past three years he has been involved in raising over $100m in capital across 25 raises and has supported companies scaling from pre-revenue to $10m+ ARR not only in NZ but also across USA, Canada, Australia and the UK.
