Despite shelter being a basic human need, over recent years, housing in Australia has become highly unsustainable, both financially and environmentally. The Tiny House on wheels (THOW) attempts to challenge the preconceived ideas of what a house may be and redefine the traditional notion of a home. The design intervention intends to restore the ideas of what "shelter" should be: a place that simply provides a place to call home without the financial burden often associated with housing.
